Frequently asked questions
Will my text still be selectable?
No. This tool converts each page to an image. Searchable text, links, interactive forms, bookmarks, and digital signatures are not preserved. Keep your original PDF.
Is the target size guaranteed?
No. A detailed or long PDF can remain above your target at the lowest selected quality. The result clearly reports whether the target was reached. A small original may also become larger.
Does Resize PDF change page dimensions?
No. Resize here means file size, not paper size. The output retains the original page dimensions.
Are my files uploaded?
No. This tool processes your files locally in your browser and never uploads them. Close the page to end the session. Downloaded files remain on your device.
